We have an open referral policy meaning you can self-refer or we can accept referrals from family/carers, GP’s, emergency services, mental health community teams, and social services
Our team will provide a needs assessment which determines whether you have the sufficient access to basic supports such as food, shelter, and finances before conducting a mental state examination and risk assessment. We have a psychiatrist, social worker, MH nurses and assistant practitioners and peer support workers who work together to help provide the best care possible. The length of time you can expect to be cared for by our team is dependent on your needs. We aim to care for individuals in the least restrictive environment, but we may refer you to a Crisis House or hospital if necessary.
