How long will it take to hear about my referral?

Each of our services have different referral requirements including the time it takes to come back to you about your care. If you are waiting to hear from a service about your referral, please contact the service directly. You can find contact details for services in our A-Z of services.

Where will my appointment be held?

Your service will tell you where your appointment will be held. For more information on where services are based please visit the A-Z of services.

Visiting a service-user in our care

Guidance may differ in some parts of the hospital to keep people safe, including areas caring for vulnerable patients. Wards may also have set visiting times and protected mealtimes.
