We work with our partner organisations and their dedicated Employment Specialists to make that happen, creating inclusive opportunities and ensuring the right support is available every step of the way.
Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based approach that is recognised as an effective way to support people with mental health challenges to secure and sustain competitive employment. At the North London NHS Foundation Trust, we strongly believe that being in meaningful employment plays a critical role in mental health recovery and wellbeing.
