We provide a wide range of mental health specialist services, across the five boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington, including children and young people’s mental health services, prison services, forensic services, eating disorders and drug and alcohol recovery. We also support the UK Armed forces community, including members of the Reserve Forces, providing specialist veteran services across London.
You may have questions about yours or someone else’s care, recruitment or just need to find out how to get to our sites. Here is a list of FAQs that may help.
We are committed to our duty to protect the privacy and confidentiality of service users and staff. We have measures in place to ensure safety, and security of all the personal data that we hold, use and collect about you; both in paper and electronic format.
We use the term ‘service user’ to describe anyone who is a patient or a user of our services. Throughout our website and in our literature we frequently interchange the terms service user and patient. In both cases we mean the same thing.
A person can be formally classed as a ‘carer’ if they provide regular unpaid practical support to a relative or friend or person that cannot manage without help because of their age, illness or disability. But people who assist someone in this way may not necessarily identify themselves as being a ‘carer’, particularly if they are a parent or a neighbour who helps out occasionally.
Each of our services have different referral requirements including the time it takes to come back to you about your care. If you are waiting to hear from a service about your referral, please contact the service directly. You can find contact details for services in our a-z of services.
