
Haringey Memory Service provides clinic-based memory assessment of Haringey residents to diagnose and treat Dementia.
The Service is made up of a team of Psychiatrists, Nurses, Memory Practitioner, Admiral Nurse, Dementia Navigator, Mental Health Practitioner and a team of Administrators.
Referrals accepted for assessment of memory difficulties in anyone living in Enfield over the age of 65. Treatment and care is provided for people receiving a diagnosis of dementia.
Referral to our service should be made by a GP or local hospitals also Queens Square Neurology Department – UCLH.
People aged over 65 experiencing memory difficulties for the first time and those of any age with an existing Dementia diagnosis.
Assessment with either a Doctor or a Memory Practitioner.
