
We provide care to adults aged from 16-65 years who have been diagnosed as having an acute and/or enduring mental health problems who cannot be cared for at home or in the community.

We provide care and support patients through their recovery period and help to get them well enough to be discharged and where necessary receive care in their homes or in the community.

What are the next stages to recovery?
When an inpatient is ready to leave the ward he/she will be supported by the home treatment team for a period of time, who will be able to provide additional support while working alongside the care coordinator.
