Conditions treated

The Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service (MHCAS) is for adults experiencing a mental health crisis who need urgent support from mental health professionals.
If you have a physical health emergency, have taken an overdose, or there is an immediate danger to life, call 999 or go to A&E.

What to expect

When you arrive, you will be welcomed by our team and supported by mental health professionals who will work with you to understand what is happening and how best to help.

You will receive a mental health assessment and, together, we will develop a plan to support you through your crisis and identify any ongoing care or treatment you may need.

We understand that attending a new service can feel daunting, especially during a mental health crisis.

To help you understand what to expect, we've created a 360° virtual tour of the service so you can explore the environment before attending: Chase Farm Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service (MHCAS) in 3D

We would love to hear from you!
